Whether in an online healing session together or separated by thousands of miles and time zones through healing ritual and ceremony, many issues can be addressed remotely. What to Expect in Your Remote Energy Healing Session
Shamanic Practices of the Andes, the Amazon, their descendants, and other ancient traditions are known to have profound effects in re-balancing one's physical and energy bodies. The wisdom of these ancient techniques lies in the simple yet powerful connection to the earth's energies, plants, and elements and aligning one's energies to them for optimal healing.
When doing a distance healing for you, Mona creates sacred space for you and calls upon her spirit allies and yours to support and assist with the session/healing. Mona will call upon the Spirits of Pachamama, the sacred sites, the sacred plant allies for your healing, and transformation. With this assistance, she is then able to journey into non-ordinary states of reality with you and the spirit allies to perform the healing.
For maximum benefit during the session, focus your intentions and relax in quiet surroundings. Depending on your level of sensitivity, you may or may not feel the session immediately. The healing allies “know” when the healing needs to occur. Some may be immediate, some may take place over time, just as with an in-person session. Any messages or instructions given by the healing allies for your benefit will be discussed after completion of the ceremony. Mona will email you to let you know when your healing will be taking place.
