Chacaruna: A term originating from Incan Peru; literally “bridge person.” A chacaruna is one who helps others cross from one state of consciousness to other states of consciousness, from the mind to the heart, from the present to the past or to the future. A chacaruna is always exploring this reality to connect with the perfection of creation. Mona Rain is a chacaruna, a Shamanic practitioner, Ceremonial Artist, and Reverend who bridges Ancient and modern healing practices to assist others in their healing journey & mentor them in Peruvian Shamanism Apprenticeships.
What is Shamanism?
Shamanism is the oldest indigenous healing tradition of humankind known around the world. Shamanic cultures have always connected with the natural world of their environment, of visibly seen and "unseen" spirit realities. All of life has a spirit and is alive! Shamanic traditions are based on the fact that all is energy, and therefore no one is bound by time or space. We are essentially energy in physical form and, therefore, an integral part of the Universe around us.
Shamanism is all about relationship, and ceremony provides the means of receiving messages from the Spirit Allies and Power Animals that are unique to each person. By integrating shamanic wisdom, energy medicine, and ceremonial expertise, a shaman or medicine woman (curandera) can bridge one’s physical, energetic, and spiritual energies to achieve healing. And through the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition apprenticeships and pilgrimages to Peru and Bolivia, Mona Rain teaches others how to utilize these ancient healing techniques, too. Shamanic Healing: How We Can Work Together
In an in-person or remote session with me as healing arts client or an apprentice in mentorship, I will incorporate the wisdom teachings of the elders, the ancestors, the universal energy, and divinity available to all of us. My practice is to help my clients awaken to their highest potential through the wisdom of their own mind, body, soul.
With over 30 years of practice in multi-disciplinary holistic healing modalities, energy healing, and ceremonial arts, I have lovingly assisted hundreds of clients to create harmonious transformation on both a personal and community level. Whether I am practicing a fire cleansing, sending healing energy from deep within an ancient Incan Temple, or teaching my apprentices how to return their gratitude to our beloved Earth Mother, it is my honor and my privilege to assist in a client's journey to health, balance, and purpose.
SHAMANIC HEALING SERVICES
Whether it’s powerful Remote Healing sessions live from Peru to 1:1 Shamanic Healing in my healing space or from the comfort of your own home, I offer healing sessions in West Palm Beach, Florida & potent remote or distance sessions via Zoom, FaceTime, Facebook, or WhatsApp.
Modalities include Integrative Energy techniques, Ecuadorian & Andean ceremonial arts and extensive shamanic practices, and my commitment to listening and deeply attending each individual in my role as a Reverend to my larger community.
APPRENTICESHIPS & MENTORSHIP
I offer teaching and support for others in their most precious and sacred journey to their expansive self and give guidance as an Elder in the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition. Through workshops and a year-long, five-part apprenticeship series in the foundations of this loving, nourishing practice based in ancient Peruvian tradition and cosmology, participants become fully present in service to self, other, and community.
For those who have specific personal questions regarding their PMT practice or who are new to the tradition and needing a little extra one-to-one instruction, I may also be of assistance in my work as a Mentor, Facilitator, and Sanctioned Teacher.
PILGRIMAGE TO PERU & BOLIVIA
Allow the Sacred Sites to envelop you as we embark upon pilgrimage with the powerful wisdom and guidance of the mountain spirits. These fully-immersive pilgrimages to Peru and Bolivia with don Pepe, a licensed tour guide & curandero (traditional native Shaman) create intimate adventures for those seeking deeply transformative experiences.
Designed to deepen one’s connection to the land, ancestors, & spirits that guide our tradition, participants will gain healing insight into themselves, too.
